NParthenon Architects is aluxury interior design studio specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects. Our design philosophy is rooted in elegance, precision, and timeless aesthetics.

NThe Role:-

NWe are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Designer with a strong understanding of conceptual designing, aesthetic sensibility with the technical depth to see a design through to flawless execution. The ideal candidate will work with the design team for residential and commercial projects, translating creative vision into precise, buildable detail — working closely with our internal team, consultants, vendors, and site execution teams.

NKey Responsibilities:-

N● Develop space plans, layouts, and interior design concepts based on client needs, brand identity, and building constraints

N● Produce construction documents, including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, millwork details, and finish schedules

N● Select and specify finishes, furniture (FF&E;), fixtures, lighting, and materials appropriate to budget and use.

N● Ensure designs comply with building codes, accessibility standards, fire/life safety codes, and zoning requirements

N● Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, contractors, and vendors throughout design and construction phases

N● Conduct site visits andfield measurements;





perform site observation during construction to ensure design intent is executed correctly

N● Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and material boards to clients

N● Manage FF&E; procurement, specifications, and installation coordination

N● Track project budgets, timelines, and documentation across multiple concurrent projects

N● Research and stay current on materials, systems, sustainability standards, and industry trends

NRequired Skills & Experience:-

N● 3+ years of experience in interior design, preferably with exposure to luxury residential and commercial projects.

N● Solid design sensibility paired with excellent command over technical detailing and construction documentation.

N● Proven ability to produce accurate, execution-ready drawings with meticulous attention to detail.

N● Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design/drafting software.

N● Excellent coordination,communication, and time-management skills.

N● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines.

N● Strong problem-solving instincts and a sharp eye for detail and finish.
