Role Description This is a full time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Gurugram.

The Interior

Designer will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing mood boards, and creating detailed drawings and specifications for residential and commercial projects. Daily tasks include conducting site visits, taking measurements, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and overseeing implementation to ensure design intent and quality standards are met. The role involves selecting materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, preparing client presentations, and revising designs based on feedback and project constraints.

Designer will collaborate closely with the design team,



manage timelines, and support smooth project execution from concept to completion.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills to create functional layouts and cohesive design concepts.
- Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to develop detailed plans, sections, and elevations for project execution.
- Candidates should possess FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection skills to specify appropriate products, materials, and finishes.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office).
- Solid understanding of materials, lighting, building codes, and basic construction processes.
- Strong visual communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Effective interpersonal and client-facing communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site with cross-functional teams.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in residential or commercial interior projects is preferred.
