- Develop and execute interior design concepts aligned with

group identity, project vision & market trends.

- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely

and quality project delivery.

- Select and manage materials, finishes, and FF&E; within defined

budgets and timelines.

- Stay updated with design trends to drive innovation and

enhance project value.

- In-house Interior Designer to conceptualize and execute interiors across

our residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities include designing & executing club houses, sample flats, sales offices, common areas, and amenity spaces in line with brand aesthetics and market trends. The role involves material selection, vendor coordination, site supervision, and collaboration with internal teams. Candidates should have 1015 years of experience, a degree in Interior Design/Architecture,
