Role Description The Interior Designer will work full time on-site at HUB Interior’s Bengaluru office, collaborating closely with clients, project managers, and vendors to deliver residential interior design projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, developing design concepts, preparing layouts and mood boards, and selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings.

The role involves creating and reviewing drawings and documentation, coordinating with contractors on-site, and ensuring that projects meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.

Designer will also support site visits,



supervise installation of design elements, and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders throughout each project.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Interior Design and Space Planning to create functional and visually appealing layouts.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Architecture and Construction Drawings to translate concepts into accurate, buildable plans.
- Candidates should possess experience with FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection to ensure cohesive design and cost-effective sourcing.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic MS Office tools.
- Candidates should possess strong client communication, presentation, and stakeholder coordination skills, with attention to detail and time management.
- Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, and prior experience in residential interiors; familiarity with Bengaluru market vendors and materials is an advantage.
