Role Description The Interior Designer (HRBR Layout) will be responsible for planning, designing, and executing interior projects for residential and commercial spaces in the HRBR Layout area. This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves collaborating with clients to understand their requirements, creating design concepts, and preparing detailed drawings and specifications.

The designer will coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution of designs, including selection of materials, finishes, and FF&E; (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). Day-to-day tasks include site visits,



space planning, preparing construction drawings, overseeing installations, and ensuring that designs align with project budgets and timelines. The role requires close attention to detail, adherence to safety and building regulations, and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Interior Design and Space Planning skills, with the ability to create functional and aesthetically pleasing layouts.
- Candidates should possess Architecture and Construction Drawings skills to develop detailed plans, sections, and elevations for execution.
- Candidates should possess FF&E; skills, including selection and specification of furniture, fixtures, and equipment aligned with design concepts and budgets.
- Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and basic MS Office tools.
- Strong visualisation ability, attention to detail, and knowledge of materials, finishes, and current design trends.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience working in office with contractors and vendors; familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bengaluru is an advantage.
