Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Interior Designer role based in Bengaluru North (HRBR layout) with Square Yards’ Interior Company.

The Interior

Designer will translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic interior concepts, focusing on residential and commercial spaces in the HRBR layout and nearby areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting site visits and measurements, developing space plans and mood boards, preparing detailed drawings and 3D visualizations, and selecting appropriate materials, finishes,



and FF&E.; The role involves coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality execution, managing project timelines and budgets, and presenting design proposals to clients.

The Interior

Designer will also support post-installation reviews, ensure adherence to safety and building regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends and products.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid skills in Interior Design and Architecture for residential and commercial projects.
- Candidates should possess solid Space Planning skills to optimize functionality, circulation, and ergonomics.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Construction Drawings, including detailed layouts, elevations, and working drawings.
- Candidates should possess competency in FF&E; selection, including furniture, fixtures, equipment, materials, and finishes.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar 3D visualization tools.
- Strong project coordination, vendor management, and site supervision abilities.
- Excellent communication, client-facing, and presentation skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
- Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field; prior experience in residential interiors or similar markets is preferred.
