Role & responsibilities

- Understand client requirements and prepare suitable interior design concepts.
- Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, and 3D designs.
- Develop furniture layouts, false ceiling designs, flooring layouts, wall designs, and lighting plans.
- Take accurate site measurements and prepare drawings accordingly.
- Select appropriate materials, finishes, colors, furniture, and accessories.
- Prepare BOQ, material estimates, and specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, carpenters, electricians, vendors, and site teams.
- Visit project sites and monitor execution as per approved drawings.
- Identify and resolve design or execution issues at the site.
- Make design modifications based on client requirements.
- Ensure quality, design standards, budget,



and project timelines are maintained.
- Maintain proper records of drawings, revisions, materials, and project details.
