Role & responsibilities

1. Client Understanding & Requirement Gathering

- Understand client requirements, lifestyle, preferences, budget and functional needs.
- Conduct client discussions and site visits.
- Translate client requirements into practical and aesthetically pleasing design solutions.
- Prepare mood boards, material palettes and design concepts.

2. End-to-End Interior Design

- Develop complete interior design concepts for residential and/or commercial projects.
- Prepare space planning and furniture layouts.
- Design kitchens, wardrobes, bedrooms, living rooms, offices and other interior spaces.
- Develop colour schemes, material selections, lighting concepts and furniture selections.
- Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.

3. Design Revisions & Client Changes

- Present designs to clients and explain design decisions.
- Understand client feedback and incorporate required changes.
- Manage multiple rounds of revisions professionally.
- Ensure changes are properly reflected across drawings, 3D views and design documentation.
- Maintain design consistency throughout the project.

4. Working Drawings & Documentation





- Prepare detailed working drawings required for execution.
- Prepare furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, elevation drawings and other relevant drawings.
- Provide accurate dimensions and specifications.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and site teams wherever required.

Preferred candidate profile

- Strong knowledge of interior design principles.
- Excellent space planning and design skills.
- Positive understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and hardware.
- Ability to create practical and aesthetically strong designs.
- Strong understanding of residential interior design.
- Ability to handle client revisions and feedback.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Software Skills

Candidates should be comfortable with relevant interior design software such as:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- 3ds Max / V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion or equivalent
- Adobe Photoshop
- Canva
- MS Office / Google Workspace
