Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Interior 3D Visualizer who can transform interior design concepts, 2D drawings, and design ideas into high-quality, photorealistic 3D visualizations.

The candidate will work closely with the interior design team to create realistic 3D models, materials, lighting, furniture layouts, and final renders that effectively communicate the proposed design to clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Create 3D models and photorealistic renders for residential and commercial interiors.
- Develop 3D visualizations from 2D plans, elevations, sections, sketches, and design concepts.
- Accurately model furniture, wardrobes, kitchens, false ceilings, wall panels, lighting, décor, and other interior elements.
- Apply realistic materials, textures, colours, finishes, and lighting.
- Prepare multiple design options and make revisions based on designer/client feedback.
- Create high-quality interior walkthroughs and presentation visuals when required.
- Maintain accurate dimensions and proportions as per architectural/interior drawings.
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, and project teams to understand design requirements.
- Prepare final renders suitable for client presentations, social media, marketing, and project documentation.
- Maintain organized 3D model, texture, material, and project files.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned visualization work.

Required Software Skills Candidates should have strong working knowledge of relevant 3D visualization software such as:
- 3ds Max / SketchUp
- V-Ray / Corona Renderer / Enscape / D5 Render
- AutoCAD
- Photoshop
- Basic knowledge of Revit, Lumion, Twinmotion or other visualization software will be an advantage.

Required Skills & Qualities
- Robust understanding of interior design, space planning, materials,



lighting, and furniture detailing.
- Excellent sense of aesthetics, proportions, colours, and composition.
- Ability to create photorealistic architectural visualization.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and convert them into 3D models.
- Creative approach toward presenting interior design concepts.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn new visualization technologies and AI-based design/visualization tools.

Preferred Experience 0–2 years: Junior 3D Visualizer / Trainee

2–5 years: 3D Visualizer

5+ years: Senior 3D Visualizer

Candidates with a strong portfolio of residential and commercial interior renders will be preferred.

Performance Expectations The 3D Visualizer is expected to:

- Deliver renders within agreed timelines.
- Maintain high-quality and realistic visualization standards.
- Minimize errors in dimensions, materials, furniture and design details.
- Respond efficiently to design revisions.
- Maintain consistency with APG INTERIOR's design language and presentation standards.
- Continuously improve rendering quality, workflow efficiency, and technical skills.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who can take a concept such as “Modern Luxury Living Room” and independently convert it into a convincing visual presentation—from modelling and material selection to lighting, camera composition and final rendering. Portfolio is mandatory.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
