Job Title: Interior Design Product Support Specialist

We are looking for an interior designer who enjoys working with design software and helping others use it effectively.

Location: Gurugram

Experience: 2 Years

Salary: ₹4–5 LPA (depending on interview performance)

Employment Type: Full-Time; 5 days working

Responsibilities

Support designers and internal teams using Blocks (our in house designing tool)

Understand user queries, troubleshoot issues, and provide clear solutions.

Conduct product demos, onboarding, and basic training sessions.

Document recurring issues and coordinate with product and technology teams.

Share user feedback and suggest improvements to the product experience.

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Positive understanding of interior-design workflows, drawings, materials, and furniture.

Comfortable learning and working with digital design tools.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills.

Patient and comfortable explaining processes to different types of users.

Note : Should be flexible with timings and working on weekends (Mon-Tue off)
