nBludesign Tech Solution Pvt. Ltd. is a growing interior design and execution company specializing in commercial and corporate interior projects. We are looking for a dynamic qualified who possesses strong design expertise along with excellent client acquisition and sales skills.

NKey Responsibilities

nDesign innovative and functional commercial and corporate interior spaces.

NPrepare 2D layouts, 3D concepts, working drawings, and presentation designs.

NMeet prospective clients to understand project requirements and present design solutions.

NGenerate new business opportunities through client meetings, networking, and references.

NConvert inquiries into successful project closures.

NPrepare project proposals, quotations, BOQs, and presentations.

NCoordinate with clients, vendors, architects, and execution teams throughout the project lifecycle.

NConduct site visits for measurements, design discussions, and project coordination.

NEnsure projects are delivered within timelines while maintaining quality standards.





NBuild and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.

NRequired Skills

nStrong knowledge of commercial and corporate interior design.

NExcellent sales, negotiation, and client-handling skills.

NProficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, and MS Office.

NGood understanding of materials, furniture, lighting, and space planning.

NStrong communication and presentation skills.

NAbility to independently manage both design and sales responsibilities.

NEligibility Criteria

nMinimum 3 years of experience in Commercial & Corporate Interior Design and Sales.

NExperience in residentialinteriors will not be considered.

NDiploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

NProven track record of generating business and closing interior design projects.

NAbility to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
