NAbout Us: THE WOODPECKERS is a dynamic interior design firm specializing in creating innovative and functional spaces. We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and execution of high-end interior projects.

NKey Responsibilities:

N● Develop architectural designs and concepts for interior spaces, ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and compliance with building codes.

N● Collaborate with interior designers, clients, and contractors to create detailed project plans.

N● Prepare architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop.

N● Assess site conditions,conduct feasibility studies, and provide design solutions.

N● Coordinate with engineers, and consultants to integrate structural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) requirements.





N● Ensure timely project execution by supervising construction and installation processes.

N● Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.

N● Lead architectural design and planning for commercial high-rise buildings and corporate interior projects.

N● Review and approve detailed working drawings, layouts, BOQs, and specifications.

NRequirements:

N● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

N● 10+ years of experiencein architectural design, preferably in interior commercial projects.

N● Proficiency in AutoCAD,Revit, Bim, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.

N● Solid understanding ofmaterials, finishes, and space planning.

N● Excellent communicationand project management skills.

N● Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
