Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU setting.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Conduct daily rounds, assess patient progress, and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
- Participate in code blue response team activations and provide emergency anesthesia services when required.
- Maintain accurate records of patient data, medication administration, and test results.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 0-5 years of experience in critical care medicine (CCM), intensive care unit (ICU), or related field.
- M.B.B.S. degree from a recognized institution; additional qualifications such as Fellowship in Critical Care Medicine or equivalent are desirable.
- MD/DNB (Anesthesia) with valuable exposure in Critical Care.
- Strong knowledge of anesthesia principles, critical care practices, and hospital protocols.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with patients' families and healthcare professionals.
