Role Description The Insurance Consultant at Bajaj Life in Kangeyam will provide advisory services to customers on life insurance products, helping them assess their financial needs and recommend suitable plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective and existing clients, explaining policy features, assisting with applications and documentation, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.





The role involves maintaining ongoing customer relationships, addressing queries, supporting claim-related processes, and collaborating with branch and back-office teams to deliver timely service.

The Insurance

Consultant will also work towards achieving sales and service targets while adhering to regulatory and company guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kangeyam.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of Insurance products and basic Finance concepts relevant to life insurance and long-term financial planning.
- Consulting skills to assess customer needs, provide tailored recommendations, and build long-term advisory relationships.
- Customer Service capabilities to handle queries, resolve issues, and support customers throughout the policy lifecycle.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, including the ability to explain complex information in simple terms.
- Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or sales is preferred; familiarity with local market and languages is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, meet performance targets, and manage time effectively in a branch-based setting.
- Minimum educational qualification: graduate degree in any discipline; certifications in insurance or finance are beneficial.
- Comfort with digital tools and platforms for customer engagement and documentation.
