Job Summary

Hindustan Gold Industries is looking for a motivated Junior Instrumentation Engineer to support the maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of industrial instrumentation and control systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with field instruments, PLC-based systems, and preventive maintenance in a manufacturing workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of instrumentation systems.
- Calibrate and troubleshoot field instruments such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level transmitters.
- Support maintenance of PLC, HMI, VFD, and industrial automation systems.
- Carry out instrument loop checking, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Inspect and maintain control valves, sensors, actuators, and transmitters.
- Read and interpret P&IDs;, loop diagrams, and instrumentation drawings.
- Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, and Production teams during maintenance activities.
- Maintain calibration records, maintenance logs,



and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and plant performance.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering or Instrumentation & Control Engineering.
- 1–3 years of experience in instrumentation maintenance within a manufacturing industry.
- Knowledge of industrial instrumentation and calibration.
- Basic understanding of PLC, HMI, VFD, and SCADA systems.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
