About The Role We are seeking an Instructional Designer to play a crucial role in developing high-quality educational content. This position involves reviewing and creating various learning materials, ensuring they meet project standards and accessibility guidelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective course development.

Key Responsibilities

- Review faculty talking head videos as per project standards and guidelines.
- Review PPTs for project standards and guidelines.
- Create and review storyboards, audio scripts,



infographics, and support documents for accessibility.
- Review content using checklists, basic project requirements, standards, and style guides, providing explicit feedback.
- Coordinate with design, build, QA, and ID teams for assets to complete course development.
- Incorporate feedback from functional reviewers into storyboards, audio scripts, infographics, support documents, or builds.

Requirements

- 2-15 years of experience.
- Any Graduate education.
- Articulate (Rise/Storyline) proficiency.
- Content development expertise.
- Instructional design skills.
- Curriculum development experience.
- Edtech knowledge.
- US curriculum familiarity.
- K12 experience.
- Higher education experience.
- Communication Skills.
