Role Description This full time, on-site Instructional Coach role is based in Bengaluru.

The Instructional

Coach will design and refine technical learning programs focused on PCIe and related technologies, working closely with engineers and trainees to improve instructional quality.

Responsibilities include developing curriculum and training materials, observing training sessions, providing feedback and coaching to instructors, and facilitating workshops or learning interventions to enhance teaching effectiveness. The role also involves analyzing learning outcomes, aligning training content with organizational goals, and collaborating with technical leadership to ensure that educational programs support the company’s growth and skill needs.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Curriculum Development and Education to design structured, outcomes-based technical learning programs.




- Demonstrated Coaching abilities to guide instructors and learners, with a focus on improving instructional practices.
- Experience in Educational Leadership and Staff Development to support training initiatives and mentor teaching staff.
- Background in technical or engineering education, preferably related to hardware interfaces, PCIe, or similar domains.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across technical teams.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience creating learning assessments, tracking progress, and using feedback data to refine instructional strategies.
