About Us Scalysis builds voice AI for Indian D2C brands on Shopify. We're solving the hard, unglamorous problems that actually move revenue: COD confirmation calls, NDR follow-ups, abandoned cart recovery, RTO reduction, reorder nudges, and post-purchase feedback, all automated end to end. Small team, real traction, moving quick.

The Role Own the full sales cycle over calls and outbound: find, pitch, close. No handoffs, no separate closer, you carry the deal start to finish. You build the playbook as you go.

Target Hit monthly deal targets, with uncapped commission for every deal above your baseline. The more you close, the more you earn. No ceiling.

If you need a script to follow and a manager to check in daily, this role will frustrate you.

Requirements

- No freshers.
- Minimum 6 months B2B outbound or inside sales experience
- Ideal range: 1.5 to 2 years experience in B2B sales, full-cycle closing, or outbound outreach

Preferred Candidate Profile Only apply if you match 3 (minimum). Preferred: 4-5.

1. Proven ability to convert conversations into closed deals. Not just talk, but close.
2. Age 18-26
3. Minimum 6 months experience in own sales, freelance, or employed
4. Base + uncapped commission structure, so pay scales directly with deals closed. Looking for candidates who want that structure over a flat fixed salary.
5. Any D2C exposure: Shopify store, logistics, shipping, ops, anything in the space
6. Any calling-related experience: call center, telecalling, outbound B2B calling, or closing over a script (charity, sales, or otherwise)
7. Worked in a similar Inside Sales / SDR / outbound closing role before
8. Based in a tier 1 city (Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Pune, etc.)
