- Align and confirm meetings with clients, including calendar coordination and reminders

- Participate in calls/meetings where required to support note-taking and follow-ups

- Prepare and share Minutes of Meeting (MoM)

with clients in a timely manner

4. Follow-ups &

- Lead Closure Support

- Drive post-meeting follow-ups with clients based on agreed

Points of Action (POA)

- Act as a coordination point between the client and internal teams until the lead is concluded (closure / no-go)

- Track discussion progress, commitments and timelines

5. CRM, MIS &

- Database Management





- Maintain and regularly update

CRM systems, trackers, and lead databases

- Ensure data accuracy, status updates, and reporting for ongoing and closed leads

- Generate periodic MIS reports for Manager review on sales activities and decision-making

6. Sales &

- Internal Coordination Support

- Assist the Manager in client coordination and communication

- Coordinate with internal IT

- CRM teams for agreement dispatching, client onboarding in the system and documentations etc.

- Support agreement-related administrative tasks

- Support campaign execution by sharing target lists, tracking responses, and updating lead status
