Role Description This full-time Inside Sales Intern role at Internz Learn is an on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the sales team by engaging with prospective learners, explaining course offerings, and providing clear information about programs and pricing. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, responding to inquiries, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, and following up with leads to convert them into enrolled learners.





The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand learner needs, share feedback from prospects, and contribute to improving the overall sales process. Training and guidance will be provided to help the intern develop sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English, both verbally and in writing.

Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening, relationship building, and a learner-focused approach.

Basic understanding of sales concepts, lead generation, and follow-up processes, with an interest in pursuing a career in sales.

Comfort with using computers, office productivity tools, and CRM or data entry systems.

Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively with team members.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time and tasks in a rapid-paced environment.

Recent graduates or students in their final year of study in any discipline are encouraged to apply.
