Inside Sales Executive (IT)

Location: Kochi, Kerala

Qualification: Degree Mandatory

Experience:1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales.

Salary:₹25,000-₹30,000

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive (IT) to promote and sell IT products and solutions, generate qualified leads, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, referrals, and online research.

- Pitch and present IT products and solutions to prospective clients.

- Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree is mandatory. Candidates with an IT educational or professional background will be preferred.

- 1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales.

- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory.

- Solid communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

- Knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office is preferred
