- Call and follow up withinbound leads generated via ads and partnerships.

- Understand client goals, health concerns,



and budget before pitching.

- Clearly explain Niwi plans (Standard, Select, Luxe) and guide the right fit.

- Handle objections confidently and close conversions.

- Maintain accurate lead updates in CRM / Google Sheets.
N
- Follow WhatsApp and call SOPs strictly.
N
- Work closely with the marketing and dietitian teams for feedback.
N
- Any other ancillary requirements that may be conveyed from time to time.

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- Solid work ethic with a diligent, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Understanding of CRM tools, sales reporting, and customer follow-ups.
