Job Title: Inside Sales Executive - NBFC

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC). The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of our financial products and services through inbound and outbound calls, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication skills, a robust understanding of financial products, and a proven track record in inside sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inbound leads generated through various marketing channels.

- Understand customer needs and financial requirements through effective questioning and active listening.

- Present and explain various NBFC financial products (e.g., personal loans, business loans, credit lines, etc.) to potential clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and terms.

- Counsel customers on the best-suited financial solutions based on their profile and requirements.

- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.

- Handle customer objections and queries effectively, providing accurate information and resolving concerns to facilitate the sales process.

- Collaborate closely with the credit, operations, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and efficient processing of applications.

- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings to effectively position our services.

- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
