Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive (BDE) to join our team. The role involves interacting with potential clients, explaining our products/services, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other digital channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare, send, and follow up on customer quotations.
- Negotiate commercial terms within the approved pricing guidelines.
- Convert enquiries into sales orders and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain customer data, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and operations teams for order processing and timely delivery.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships to generate repeat business.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly sales reports.
- Meet monthly KPIs for calls, quotations, conversions, and revenue.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer handling is required.
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi is mandatory,
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle customers confidently
