Role Description

- The Inside Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida Sector 62.
- This role involves engaging prospective learners and parents through calls, walk-ins, and digital inquiries, explaining course offerings, and guiding them through the admissions process.





- The Inside Sales Executive will qualify leads, maintain and update CRM records, follow up consistently to close enrollments, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken English and the ability to build rapport with learners.
- Sales and persuasion abilities, such as lead qualification, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills in an inside sales or counseling environment.

- Basic technology and productivity skills, including comfort with CRM tools, office applications (spreadsheets, presentations), and online communication platforms.
- Previous experience in education sales, counseling, or EdTech environments is preferred. Freshers are welcome

- Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Salary up to 17,000 plus incentives.
