We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Inside Sales Executive to join our remote team. You will play a key role in connecting with students and parents, understanding their needs, and guiding them to enroll in our online Maths programs.

This is a work-from-home opportunity with a performance-driven incentive structure, suitable for candidates looking to build a career in EdTech sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to incoming leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Clearly explain course offerings and answer student/parent queries




- Understand academic goals and suggest the best-fit programs
- Follow up consistently to close enrollments and meet monthly targets
- Maintain accurate records of interactions using basic CRM tools

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Confidence in handling phone and WhatsApp-based conversations
- Strong persuasion and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven, able to work independently
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior sales or EdTech experience is a plus

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
