Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Inside Sales Coordinator. The role involves directly supporting the sales team in increasing revenue by handling Create Leads, Prepare Quotation, Quotation Fallup & Negotiation, order processing, managing customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless customer satisfaction.





Responsibilities include maintaining sales records, coordinating with clients, responding to inquiries, processing orders, and providing top-notch customer service. Additionally, the role requires collaborating with various internal departments to ensure efficient operations.

Mandatory Qualifications

- Compulsory having experience in Inside Marketing OR Inside Sales with Engineering or manufacturing industries only.
- Fluency in English & Computer
- Candidate should be Ahmedabad resident only
- Candidate having minimum 5 years experience in Inside Marketing OR Inside Sales

Qualifications
- Expertise in Inside Sales and Order Processing
- Strong skills in Customer Service and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills for maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in managing sales records and coordination across departments
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities
- Previous experience in sales coordination or a similar role is advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
