NexGen Digital Infrastructures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and field-oriented professionals to join our team as Infra Engineer (IE) across Odisha .

? Locations: Berhampur, Gajapati, Phulbani, Koraput, Malkangiri, Rayagada, Dhenkanal, Bhawanipatna, Mayurbhanj, Deogarh & Bolangir

? Position: Infra Engineer (IE)

? CTC: ₹2.40 LPA (Travel Allowance Extra)

? Key Responsibilities

- Maintain tower site uptime and ensure sites remain operational as per defined SLA.
- Handle site-level infrastructure and telecom-related activities across assigned locations.




- Conduct regular site visits and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Monitor site health, infrastructure, equipment, and power-related issues.
- Coordinate with Cluster In-charges, field teams, vendors, and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Identify and resolve site-level issues to minimize downtime and service disruption.
- Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance with project requirements.
- Ensure timely reporting and proper documentation of site-related activities.
- Take ownership of assigned targets and deliverables within defined timelines.
- Be willing to travel extensively across Odisha as per operational requirements.

Candidate Profile

- ITI/Diploma/ in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom, or related discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant field experience can apply.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in field conditions and travel across Odisha.
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and ownership.
