About the Role

Resource Logistics is seeking an Infrastructure Recruiter with experience in US IT Infrastructure staffing to source, screen, and place qualified infrastructure, networking, cloud, and systems professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions across the United States.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and recruit infrastructure professionals including Network Engineers, Cloud Architects (AWS/Azure/GCP), Systems Administrators, DevOps Engineers, Cyber Security Specialists, IT Support/Helpdesk Technicians, and Data Center Engineers.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and closing.

Work on VMS/MSP requirements and tech staffing portals to identify and submit qualified candidates quickly.

Conduct candidate technical pre-screenings, reference checks, and work-authorization/compliance reviews.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive IT infrastructure candidates for current and future openings.

Coordinate with account managers, client managers, and onboarding teams to ensure timely placements.

Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activity in ATS and client systems.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment, submission,



and placement targets.

Stay updated on emerging technology trends, IT certifications, and US market conditions.

Qualifications

2–8 years of experience in US IT/Infrastructure Recruitment.

Experience recruiting for enterprise IT environments, cloud migrations, network operations centers (NOC), or tech MSP programs.

Strong understanding of core IT infrastructure roles, tech stacks, and relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA/CCNP, AWS/Azure, CISSP, CompTIA).

Experience with VMS/MSP platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Excellent communication, sourcing, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to work in a quick-paced, target-driven staffing environment.

Required Skills

Proven track record in sourcing and placing mid-to-senior level IT & Cloud Infrastructure professionals.

Deep knowledge of US work authorizations (USC, GC, H1B, EAD, etc.).

Experience using major tech job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter) and boolean search techniques.

Familiarity with VMS/MSP platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems.

Strong negotiation, communication, and candidate-management skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with JobDiva, Ceipal, or other major tech staffing ATS tools.

Prior experience supporting high-volume MSP/VMS IT clients.

Basic understanding of IT infrastructure domains (Cloud, DevOps, Networking, Systems Administration, Cyber Security).

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Salary Range: INR 20,000 – 50,000 / p.m.
