Role Description The Assistant Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This position supports project planning, coordination, and execution across technology solution development initiatives, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Daily tasks include assisting with project scheduling, tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with development, QA, and design teams. The role involves expediting tasks and approvals, following up with internal stakeholders and vendors, and helping resolve issues that may impact project progress.

and communication with senior project managers to keep projects aligned with client requirements and organizational goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess project coordination and project management skills, including experience with task tracking, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess expeditor and expediting skills to ensure timely completion of project activities, deliverables, and approvals.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of IT Industry and software development process.
- Candidates should possess inspection-related skills to assist in quality checks, review project outputs, and verify compliance with specifications.
- Candidates should possess logistics management skills to help organize resources, manage dependencies, and support efficient execution of project workflows.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in documentation and follow-up.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team workplace.
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycles or IT projects; prior experience in technology or consultancy environments is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, business management, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Knowledge of Travel Tech. domain is an advantage.
