Role Description The Information Technology Recruiter is a full time, on-site role based in Anantapur. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for technical and IT-focused roles.

Day-to-day tasks include partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, creating job postings, actively searching for qualified candidates through various platforms, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.



The recruiter will conduct initial technical and behavioral assessments, schedule and facilitate interviews, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from application through onboarding. The role also involves maintaining accurate recruitment records, tracking metrics, and contributing to continuous improvement of hiring processes.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting to source and evaluate talent for technology and IT roles.
- Candidates should possess strong Hiring skills, including interview coordination, offer management, and stakeholder communication.
- Proven experience recruiting for IT or technology roles, preferably within a fast-paced or outsourcing environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with hiring managers and engage candidates professionally.
- Ability to work on-site in Anantapur and manage multiple requisitions with attention to detail and timelines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), online recruiting tools, and professional networking platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
