Role Description The Information Technology Sales Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for driving sales of Khashsoft’s software development and IT solution services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and leading lead-generation initiatives across target industries. The role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with technical teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements.





The manager will track sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and contribute to sales strategies and market expansion. Collaboration with marketing and delivery teams to refine offerings and improve client satisfaction is also a key part of this position.

Qualifications Strong IT Sales and Sales skills, with a proven track record in selling technology or software services.

Experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualification, and nurturing of potential clients.

Account Management skills for building relationships, handling client communications, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.

Solid understanding of Information Technology concepts, software development, and IT solution delivery.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Ability to work independently in a remote workplace and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.

Analytical mindset with experience using CRM tools and sales reporting dashboards.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications in sales or IT are an advantage.

Experience selling into legal, finance, or education sectors is preferred.
