Role Description This is a full-time, in office Information Technology Intern role based at Ramada by Wyndham Ghaziabad Vasundhara in Ghaziabad. The intern will support daily IT operations, including assisting with network monitoring, basic system administration, and routine maintenance of hardware and software used across the hotel.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting common technical issues for staff, helping to ensure secure and reliable connectivity, and escalating complex problems to senior IT team members. The role will also involve documenting support activities,



assisting with user training on basic IT tools, and collaborating with various departments to maintain smooth technology-enabled hotel operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess foundational knowledge in Information Technology and an interest in hotel IT operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration and basic Network Security practices.
- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting abilities for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support hotel staff and respond to IT-related queries professionally.
- Enrollment in or completion of a diploma or degree program in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow documented procedures, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Basic familiarity with Windows operating systems, office productivity tools, and common hotel IT equipment is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a detail-oriented approach to documentation and task completion.
