Role Description The Information Technology Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Lalitpur District. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the IT and AI services space, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and building a robust sales pipeline. The manager will conduct client meetings, present tailored technology solutions, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals.

Day-to-day activities include managing key accounts, maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, collaborating with technical teams to align solutions with client needs,



and tracking market trends to refine business development strategies. The role also involves setting revenue targets, reporting on performance, and ensuring a high-quality, ethical approach to all client interactions.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Recent Business Development and Business Development, including lead generation, pipeline management, and deal closure.

Solid understanding of Information Technology and AI-related services, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.

Strong Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management.

Experience in Account Management, maintaining long-term client relationships and driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Proven track record in B2B sales or technology consulting, preferably in software development or AI integration.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

Ability to work on-site in Lalitpur District, with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Comfort with CRM tools, sales reporting, and data-driven decision-making; familiarity with global markets and cross-cultural communication is beneficial.
