Role Description The Information Technology Infrastructure Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Abroad , India. This role is responsible for overseeing the company’s IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, endpoints, and associated security controls, to ensure stable and secure operations.

The manager will monitor system performance, coordinate maintenance, manage incident response and troubleshooting, and ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place. Day-to-day tasks include managing IT operations staff or vendors, implementing IT policies and standards, coordinating upgrades and deployments, and maintaining documentation of systems and procedures. The role also involves collaborating with leadership and functional teams to align infrastructure capabilities with business needs, improve reliability, and support compliance requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong IT Infrastructure Operations and IT Operations skills to manage networks, servers, endpoints, and related systems effectively.
- Proficiency in Operations Management to oversee processes, resources, service levels, and vendor relationships within the IT environment.




- Solid foundation in Information Technology, including operating systems, cloud or virtualization platforms, security practices, and data backup/recovery.
- Advanced Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly and systematically.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CCNA, MCSE, CompTIA Network+/Security+) are an advantage.
- Experience managing IT infrastructure in a small to mid-sized organization, preferably in qualified services or consulting environments.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, access control, and regulatory or data-protection requirements applicable to client-facing businesses.
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and support non-technical users.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain high levels of reliability and service continuity.
