Position Summary The IT Analyst (Evidence & Security Operations Support) will support an enterprise healthcare client's HITRUST CSF certification program by collecting, validating, and organizing security and compliance evidence from enterprise systems. This role works closely with the client's IT teams and the compliance team to ensure audit-ready documentation while supporting day-to-day security operations.

Responsibilities

- Collect, validate, and organize security and compliance evidence from enterprise systems.
- Retrieve reports, configuration exports, screenshots, logs, and access records from administrative consoles.
- Maintain asset inventories, access registers, vulnerability trackers, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with IT teams to obtain required evidence and resolve outstanding requests.
- Track evidence collection progress and identify documentation gaps.
- Support remediation tracking and maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Assist with reviewing security configurations and validating security controls.
- Collaborate with compliance and technical teams throughout the assessment process.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

- 2–3 years of experience in IT Operations, System Administration, IT Support, or a related role.




- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Windows administration.
- Experience generating reports and exporting data from enterprise IT or security platforms.
- Basic understanding of information security concepts.
- Robust documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred

- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Intune, Microsoft Defender, Qualys, NinjaOne, SIEM, or similar enterprise tools.
- Exposure to HITRUST, HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST compliance frameworks.
- Healthcare or HealthTech experience.
- Relevant Microsoft or CompTIA certifications.
