Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Informatica MDM Developer with 8 10 years of IT experience and strong expertise in Informatica Master Data Management (MDM) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting MDM solutions to ensure high-quality, consistent, and trusted master data across enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement Informatica MDM solutions based on business requirements.
- Create and maintain MDM data models, hierarchies, and business rules.
- Configure and manage Match & Merge processes for customer, product, supplier, and other master data domains.
- Develop and maintain Informatica MDM Hub, Landing Tables, Staging Tables, and Base Objects.
- Integrate MDM solutions with various source and target systems.
- Perform data profiling, data cleansing, and data quality assessments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues, performance bottlenecks, and data inconsistencies.
- Optimize MDM workflows, batch processes, and data synchronization mechanisms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data architects, ETL developers, and application teams.
- Support production deployments and provide ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
- Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and operational procedures.





Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Master Data Management (MDM).
- Expertise in MDM Data Modeling, Match & Merge, and Data Quality concepts.
- Experience in developing and maintaining Informatica MDM Hub solutions.
- Robust knowledge of Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and data governance practices.
- Good understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or other enterprise databases.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data integration methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
- Exposure to Data Governance and Data Stewardship processes.
- Understanding of cloud-based data platforms and integrations.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
