Role Description The Influencer Talent Manager will work full time in office in Mumbai,

- Source, evaluate, and onboard macro influencers aligned with brand and campaign objectives.
- Own the end-to-end creator onboarding process,



ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
- Build strong relationships with creators and act as their primary point of contact during onboarding.
- Coordinate contracts, documentation, and compliance for timely creator activation.
- Maintain and manage the creator pipeline, onboarding tracker, and talent database.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Brand Partnerships, and Campaign teams to ensure successful creator integration.
- Resolve onboarding queries and continuously improve onboarding processes and creator experience.

Qualifications

- Minimum experience of 3 years
- Experienced in Creator Onboarding and Influencer Outreach
