We are looking for an ambitious Creator & Influencer Growth Manager to build and scale AdxReel's creator ecosystem.

This is not a routine content-management role . You will own creator acquisition, onboarding, activation, relationship management, and team building.

? Your MissionBuild and onboard 1,000+ qualified creators every month.

You will

Discover → Contact → Onboard → Activate → Retain → Grow creators across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other platforms.

? Key ResponsibilitiesCreator Acquisition & Onboarding

- Identify and approach influencers and content creators.
- Build creator pipelines through DMs, WhatsApp, email, calls, and other channels.
- Explain AdxReel's creator opportunities, campaigns, rewards, and monetization.
- Convert qualified creators into active AdxReel creators.
- Ensure creators publish and remain active on the platform.

? Build & Manage Creator Team
- Recruit and train creator onboarding executives.
- Set and manage team targets.
- Create outreach and onboarding processes.
- Monitor daily/monthly performance.
- Improve conversion and onboarding efficiency.
- Build a scalable team capable of onboarding thousands of creators.





? Creator Relationships & Campaigns
- Build long-term relationships with creators and influencers.
- Identify high-potential creators.
- Coordinate creator-brand campaigns.
- Support campaign execution and creator satisfaction.

? Growth & Performance

Track

Creators Acquired → Creators Onboarded → Creators Activated → Content Published → Creator Retention → Campaign Participation

Report performance regularly to the Founder & CEO.
