Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Influencer Marketing Intern role based in Delhi, India. The intern will support the influencer marketing team in identifying and researching relevant creators across social platforms, helping build and maintain influencer databases, and assisting in outreach and communication with influencers.

Day-to-day tasks include coordinating content calendars, tracking campaign deliverables, monitoring performance metrics, and preparing basic reports and summaries. The role also involves helping with brainstorming campaign ideas, supporting the execution of collaborations and events, and staying updated on social media and influencer trends.



The intern will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and consistent brand messaging.

Qualifications

- Robust interest in influencer marketing, social media, and digital storytelling, with a basic understanding of major platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Good research and organizational skills to identify relevant influencers, compile data, and maintain accurate records.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for outreach, follow-ups, and coordination with influencers and internal stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and basic analytical skills to track campaign performance, monitor content quality, and support reporting.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, collaborate with a team, and manage time across multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency with common office and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, email, project management tools).
- Relevant coursework or prior internship experience in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is an advantage.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
