What You'll Do

- Discover and onboard creators across Instagram
- Build and maintain influencer relationships
- Coordinate gifting campaigns and collaborations
- Track campaign performance and creator deliverables
- Stay on top of trends, viral creators and emerging content formats
- Assist with campaign planning, reporting and influencer outreach

Who We're Looking For

- Passionate about social media and creator culture
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Organized and detail-oriented




- Comfortable using Google Sheets and basic productivity tools
- A self-starter who enjoys talking to people and building relationships

Bonus Points If You

- Already follow the creator ecosystem closely
- Have managed creators at your previous stint
- Love discovering new talent before they go viral
