Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Influencer Marketing Manager with a strong agency background to lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, manage creators and clients, and drive impactful brand collaborations. The role requires hands-on execution, team coordination, and strategic thinking.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
- Develop and manage strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agencies
- Lead influencer shortlisting, negotiations, onboarding, and contracting
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, budgets, and reporting
- Act as the primary point of contact for brands , ensuring smooth communication and client satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (strategy, content, operations) for seamless execution
- Track campaign performance, prepare post-campaign reports, and share actionable insights
- Mentor and guide junior team members,



ensuring quality and accountability
- Stay updated with industry trends, creator ecosystem changes, and platform updates

Required Skills & Experience

- 4–5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing , preferably from a digital/advertising agency
- Strong network of influencers, creators, and talent managers
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven experience in handling multiple campaigns and brands simultaneously
- Strong understanding of influencer metrics, ROI, and campaign performance tracking
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- High level of ownership, accountability, and professionalism

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with large brands and integrated digital campaigns
- Prior experience managing or mentoring team members
- Hands-on experience with influencer tools, trackers, and reporting dashboards
