Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, shortlist, and negotiate with relevant influencers.

- Prepare and manage monthly campaign calendar for influencer activities.

- Coordinate campaigns and share base content/guidelines for reel creation.

- Ensure reels are properly created, edited and uploaded with correct product tagging/links.

- Monitor reel performance (views, engagement, clicks, sales impact).

- Maintain influencer database and campaign tracking sheets.

- Prepare performance reports and insights analysis.

- Optimize influencer selection based on ROI and engagement metrics.

- Manage ongoing influencer relationships and campaign timelines.

Requirements:

- Any graduate - Fresher can apply

- Strong negotiation and english communication skills.

- Understanding of Instagram & social media trends.

- Basic knowledge of analytics and performance tracking.

- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills.
