Role Description The Influencer Marketer is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role involves identifying and onboarding relevant creators, managing influencer relationships, and coordinating collaborations from initial outreach to campaign execution. The associate will support campaign planning, negotiate deliverables, track performance, and maintain organized records of partnerships and outcomes.

Day-to-day responsibilities include communicating with influencers and brand partners, assisting with social media and content briefs,



and collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns align with MyWalls goals. The role also includes monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and platform insights to strengthen MyWall’s influencer network and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Candidates should possess Influencer Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills to identify suitable creators and support effective campaign execution.
- Candidates should possess Public Relations and Sales skills to manage outreach, negotiate collaborations, and represent MyWall professionally.
- Relevant experience in influencer or digital marketing, brand partnerships, or social media management is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple projects, and use data and analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance.
- Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, and familiarity with creator platforms or startup environments.
