Role Description

We're looking for an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist to join us on a part time basis , someone who is as comfortable in a one-on-one conversation as they are designing a system that outlasts it. Someone who understands that culture isn't a perk. It's the product.

What you'll actually be doing:

- ⁠Regular check-ins across teams, building trust, catching friction early
- ⁠Coaching management on how feedback, direction, and leadership behavior actually land
- ⁠Designing and running workshops on team dynamics and communication
- ⁠Building structured interview and exit frameworks, question banks, rubrics, scoring criteria




- ⁠Designing and maintaining wellness and recognition programs that run consistently
- ⁠Monitoring attendance patterns, workload distribution, and bandwidth to inform planning
- ⁠Keeping people operations running smoothly, compensation cycles, leave records, and flagging when something operational is quietly becoming a human problem
- ⁠Creating explicit, confidential pathways for employees who need support beyond the workplace

Qualifications
- ⁠Master's in Organizational, Industrial-Organizational, or Applied Psychology
- ⁠3+ years working with organizations, teams, culture, group dynamics
- ⁠Strong facilitation skills; you can hold a room and navigate tension without taking sides
- ⁠Practical over theoretical, you turn observations into things people can actually do
- ⁠Discreet, grounded, and comfortable in a fast-paced creative environment
- ⁠Mumbai-based, available on-site three days a week
- ⁠Excellent written and spoken English
