Looking for Immediate joiners
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering
- 3+ years of experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or process improvement, preferably in the EV, automotive, battery, or high-volume manufacturing industry.
- Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), and 5S methodologies.
- Experience with time studies, line balancing, process mapping, and capacity planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Minitab, AutoCAD, or similar engineering tools.
- Understanding of EV manufacturing processes, battery assembly, vehicle assembly, or automotive production systems is preferred.
