Role Description The Industrial Automation Trainer internship at Cognidel is an on-site role based in Bengaluru South. Interns will assist in delivering training sessions on topics such as PLCs, SCADA, HMI, drives, and basic robotics, under the guidance of senior trainers.

Daily activities include preparing training materials, setting up and testing training equipment, supporting learners during lab exercises,



and clarifying technical concepts. Interns may also help in developing lesson plans, documenting training content, and gathering feedback to improve course delivery. This internship provides practical exposure to industrial automation teaching and training center operations.

Qualifications

- Foundational knowledge of industrial automation systems, including PLCs, SCADA, HMI, and variable frequency drives.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support learners during practical exercises.
- Currently pursuing or having completed a diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in Industrial Automation training
- Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Sensors & Actuators
- Positive communication skills and ability to train students effectively
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation or Mechatronics
