Required Skill Set

- The incumbent will handle engagements related to Indirect Tax Laws: including Tax Advisory and consulting, Tax restructuring and Tax litigation pertaining to GST Law, Customs Law, Foreign Trade Policy, Service Tax, VAT, Excise and other related laws.
- Assignments will also include litigation-related services: drafting of opinions, drafting replies to show cause notices, appeals, writ petitions, special leave petitions, briefing counsels and senior counsels

Qualification LLB/CA Experience 1-2 years
