We're looking for an Inbound Sales Specialist to manage incoming client queries, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right Naqsh solution — turning interest into confirmed business and generating qualified leads for our sales team.

This role is fully remote: all in-person client meetings and site visits are handled by our team in Dubai, so your focus is entirely on inbound communication and lead generation. Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via WhatsApp, calls, and Instagram DMs





Understand client requirements and offer them the best options

Generate and qualify leads for the Naqsh sales team

Maintain accurate records of leads and conversations

Coordinate with the Dubai-based team for handovers and client meeting scheduling

Meet monthly sales/conversion targets What We're Looking For

Background in interiors, design, or a related field preferred

0–3 years of sales or client-facing experience

Strong communication skills; English required, Arabic is a plus

Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident closing deals

Knowledge of AI tools to generate design mocks for clients How to Apply
