Responsibilities

What You Will Do

- Lead development of advanced ML and statistical models for complex healthcare problems
- Drive best practices in modeling, experimentation, and analytical rigor
- Translate real-world problems into scalable data science solutions
- Partner with global stakeholders to influence product and business decisions
- Mentor and elevate the technical depth of the data science team
- Stay at the forefront of ML and healthcare analytics advancements

Who We Are Looking For

- 4+ years in data science or related quantitative field (CS, Statistics, Math, etc.)
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling, machine learning, and problem-solving
- Experience with large, high-dimensional datasets and communicating insights clearly
- Expertise in modern ML approaches including:
- Transformers (NLP, representation learning)
- Deep learning techniques
- Graph-based methods (Graph Neural Networks)




- Exposure to causal inference / decision-focused modeling is a plus
- Ability to own ambiguous problems and drive high-impact outcomes
- Strong collaboration, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience taking models to production
- Healthcare & Healthcare Revenue Cycle domain experience is a plus
